★ We expect during your stay that you maintain our property as you met it.
★ Our space is not to be sub let or rented, leased out by any guests.
★ Our space is for private functions only.
★ We do not entertain requests for public event and do not accommodate our guests who wish to host public events.
★ There will be charge for extra cleaning.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them on stays or visits.
★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING INSIDE AND WITHIN 6 FEET OF PROPERTY.
★ABOLUTELY NO USE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, STORAGE, SALE, EXCHANGE, DESTRUCTION, OF DRUGS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE PROPERTY AND ENVIRONS.
★Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
